Skeddy is aimed to provide as many rides as possible to Skeddy's fellow drivers.
By "skipping" a ride in the app, you let the Skeddy server know that you're not about to complete it.
When you skip, instead of returning the ride back to Lyft, the server will keep it in your queue until 65 minutes prior to the ride's pickup time, trying to assign it to another Skeddy driver.
Vice-versa, if unassign a ride from you on Lyft immediately after you skipped it in the Skeddy app, the ride would get totally lost for the Skeddy drivers' community.
Note: As you know, ignoring a scheduled ride DOES NOT affect your Lyft "acceptance rate", so the way we process your skipped rides is a win-win approach for all Skeddy drivers.

The only issue I have with this is if the ride remains on the Lyft app. I won't be able to see whatever scheduled rides that Lyft make available for whatever time the ride was on skeddy side. So I'm potentially losing rides I could of received for free. To me it looks like you're not looking out for my best interest. By doing this I'm more obligated to have to buy credits for rides. Furthermore if a ride I so happened to skip on the skeddy app pops up on Lyft and I accept it does skeddy still charge me the credits
