Why don't I get all my credits refunded in full?

We refund just the Ride Credits you purchased.

At the time of registration, you get 10 Free Ride Credits. 
Over time, you purchase and spend credits. 
When you request a refund, we subtract 10 from your credits on the account, and the rest is refunded to you.

For example, if you have a 56 credit balance, you get 46 credits refunded.
If you have less than 10 credits, the refund is not applicable.
