Starting January 2, you could start seeing the "Reconnect" popup error in the Skeddy app.
If pressing the "Reconnect" button does not resolve the issue and just brings the same screen back over and over, that means you have to renew your service agreement with Lyft.
To do so, log out from the Lyft app and log in again: you will see the Lyft agreement form.
Press "I Agree" at the bottom of the form, then come back to the Skeddy app, and press the "Reconnect" button again: that should resolve the issue.
