Several of our drivers have reported the following error while pressing one of the purchase buttons in the Skeddy app for Android to purchase credits:
"Error: You already own this item."
This is a well-known Google Play Store glitch related to the improper processing of your purchase info on the Google server.
Unfortunately, we're unable to fix that issue for you because Google does not allow app developers to report any problems on behalf of their app users.
If you experience this issue, please report it to Google, so they fix it for you.
In the meantime, the following workaround can help you cure the issue while Google is working on the resolution for you:
Step 1:
Use another purchase button to purchase Ride Credits in the Skeddy app.
For example, if the "10 credits" button doesn't work for you, then use the "30 credits" button.
Step 2:
If you bought 30 credits instead of 10 credits and you want a refund for the excess credits, then please open a support ticket by hitting the "Help" menu in the Skeddy app, and specify the date and time of your purchase along with the number of credits you would like to have refunded.
In response, our support team will refund you through the Google Play store and adjust your credit balance accordingly
