If, for any reason, the Skeddy app on your phone is unable to receive the list of rides assigned to you from the Lyft server, you will see the below message in the "Rides" section of the app:
First, please, check the Internet connection on your phone.
If the connection is fine, then please restart the Skeddy app.
If you have no luck, then please wait and come back to the Skeddy app later.
Please note that even if you don't see the rides in the Skeddy app, they're still available to you in the Lyft app.
