There could be one of the two reasons:
- When we connect to Lyft to discover the rides for you, the Lyft server responds with "Driver is not approved". That means your Lyft Driver account requires your attention.
Please, try to go ONLINE with Lyft to figure out what is required from you to re-enable your driving on Lyft. - The number of rides already booked for you exceeds your Ride Credits balance.
If that happens, you will receive a corresponding push notification on your phone, so please, buy more Ride Credits, or skip any unwanted rides.
