To close your Skeddy account, please submit a request to Support through the app, or through this link: https://skeddy.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
In response, we will deactivate your Skeddy account completely, so in case you decide to reactivate it you will need to register from scratch.
Note: In case if during your use of the Skeddy account you were buying Ride Credits, your transactions' data will be kept for 7 years for tax and fiscal purposes.
