After receiving a notification from the Lyft app to go online for a scheduled ride, you should go online and receive the below prompt in the Lyft app:
If you don't see that prompt in the Lyft app it is most likely that the ride was canceled by the passenger.
Unfortunately, Lyft does not always notify you about the cancellation of the ride.

Your rides and times aren’t matching Lyft rides at all. I have two different rides at the same time.
