New setting added: Max distance to pickup

Howdy, fellow drivers!

Since its launch, Skeddy was using Lyft's default distance (about 20 miles) to the ride's pickup location while searching for rides around your Search Pin.

From time to time, we were receiving requests to allow drivers for managing that distance manually in the Settings, so here it is:

The default value for this setting is still 20 miles, but now you can change it in the range from 5 to 25 miles. The value you set will be visually represented on the map, as follows:

As seen on the map, the pickup locations for all rides discovered for you by Skeddy will now be within the distance you define in the Settings.
