The newly registered users and some drivers whose authentication to the Skeddy app has expired were experiencing a problem connecting to the app.
The issue was caused by Lyft changing the user authentication protocol once again.
We've fixed the problem for both iOS and Android and re-published both apps in the app stores.
Note:
The fix does not work automatically for some users, so they will have to re-create their Skeddy account from scratch. In order to do that, please do the following:
- Contact Support at https://skeddy.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new, so our teammate will delete your existing account while noting the number of Credits on it.
- After the deletion is done, please create a new Skeddy account and get back to Support to put your previously purchased Credits back.
