Hello Drivers!
The updated Skeddy app version for Android phones is available in the Google Play Store.
The update is as follows:
- Billing has been restarted. Unfortunately, Lyft no longer allows us to determine if the driver completed the ride or not. Therefore, Skeddy charges credits when the ride is scheduled for you.
- We return the credits for rides you skip or those canceled by the passenger if you contact support before the ride's pickup time or within 24 hours after it.
- The Skeddy app's Activity menu lists all the rides for which you were charged credits. To request a credit refund, please provide a screenshot of the Activity screen showing the rides you did not complete, so the charged credits are visible.
Please mark the uncompleted rides or specify the pickup date and time on the screenshot, along with the credits to be refunded. - The Skip button is not yet available in the app. If you'd like to decline a ride, please feel free to do so in the Lyft app.
- If you declined the ride or it was cancelled by the passenger, please reach out to Support before the ride pickup time or within 24 hours after it to have the credits returned to your account.
Note:
The next app release will include the 'Skip' button, which will cancel the ride with Lyft and immediately return the credits.
