- Skeddy is unable to determine if the driver has completed the scheduled ride. Therefore, we charge credits at the time the ride is assigned to you.
- If you declined the ride or it was cancelled by the passenger, please contact Support within 24 hours after the ride’s pickup time to have the credits returned to your account.
- To request a credit refund, please let us know the date and time of the ride and the number of credits to be refunded. The Skeddy app's Activity menu lists all the rides for which you were charged credits.
Note:
The 'Skip' button is not yet available in the app. If you'd like to decline a ride, please feel free to do so in the Lyft app. The next app release will include the 'Skip' button, which will cancel the ride with Lyft and immediately return the credits.
