To install the TeamViewer QuickSupport on your mobile device:
- On your iOS or Android mobile device, go to the app store.
- Search for TeamViewer Quicksupport and download the app. Alternatively, browse to TeamViewer Mobile Apps, select your mobile device Operating System, and then tap Download on the App/Play Store.
- When the installation is complete, open the QuickSupport app.
Using QuickSupport iOS
- Upon launching the app, Your ID is presented. This is 9 or 10 numeric characters long. Make note of Your ID and provide it to Skeddy technical support expert over the chat, or send it at support@skeddy.net.
- When the support expert initiates the connection, you are prompted to Allow remote support?
- Tap Allow.
- To initiate screen-sharing tap Start Broadcast.
- Tap Start Broadcast again. When connected, the expert can only view your screen, they cannot control the mobile device.
- To stop sharing your screen and disconnect the remote session, open the QuickSupport app and tap Stop Broadcast.
Using QuickSupport Android
- Upon launching the app, Your ID is presented. This is 9 or 10 numeric characters long. Make note of Your ID and provide it to Skeddy technical support expert over the chat, or send it at support@skeddy.net.
- When prompted to install the Remote Control Add-on, tap Download. The mobile device redirects to the Play store to install the Add-On for your device (for example Add-On: Samsung). If you are not prompted to install the add-on, you can search for it in the Play store.
- When the support expert initiates the connection, you are prompted to Allow remote support?
- Tap Allow.
- When connected, the expert can view and control the mobile device.
- To stop sharing your screen and disconnect the remote session, open the QuickSupport app and tap the X to the top right of the app.
