New setting added

We have added new setting called "Skip pickups within (Min)":

This setting will allow the driver to avoid "last-minute" rides.
The default value for this setting is "Don't skip", which means that you don't want to avoid any rides.
If you want to avoid the rides whose pickup time is within a certain time interval from the current time, then please change the default value to one of the following time intervals in minutes: 15, 20, 25, 30.
